Pammie to divorce

Former Baywatch star Pamela Anderson is set to divorce from rap singer Kid Rock after just four months of marriage, it has been reported.Anderson's publicist Tracy Nguyen has been quoted in US tabloids stating that the star filed for divorce last week.She told People magazine: "It wasn't a happy Thanksgiving."A second magazine, US Weekly, said the divorce papers cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason the two broke up.Canadian-born Anderson, star of TV shows such as Baywatch and a Playboy magazine model, and Rock, whose hit songs include 1998's 'Devil Without a Cause' were married in late July aboard a yacht near the French Riviera city of St Tropez.Anderson, 39, and Rock, 35, had been involved in a long, on-again, off-again relationship that began as early as 2000 and ended back in 2003 before starting up again.Anderson had previously been married to rock star Tommy Lee of the band Motley Crue, with whom she has two children.© Independent Television News Limited 2006.
